Delivery
All of our products are currently made to order, and we're very proud of the fact that our production methods mean the carbon footprint of importing, and the potential for overstock and waste have been entirely removed ❤️️
Wallpaper delivery
Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery of our made-to-order wallpaper.
Wallpaper is shipped via courier from the north of England, and will require a signature upon delivery – so please arrange for someone to be in to receive it, or have it delivered to your workplace.
Cushions delivery
Please allow 5-7 working days for delivery of our made-to-order cushions.
Cushions are shipped via Royal Mail's Tracked service from the south of England, and will require a signature upon delivery – so please arrange for someone to be in to receive your order, or have it delivered to your workplace.
How much is shipping? 📦
It's FREE :) We currently ship to the UK through this store.
However, if you're based outside of the UK, please get in touch with the items you wish to order and your delivery location, and we will provide a shipping quotation direct from our delivery partners (with no markup), to organise your order offline.
How long will my order take? ⏱
Orders placed before 12 noon GMT/BST are processed the same working day. Orders placed after 12 noon are processed the next working day.
Our wallpaper is then printed and delivered within 2-4 weeks.
Our cushions are then created and delivered within 5-7 working days.
Christmas delivery 🎅🏻
Please bear in mind that orders placed around Christmas and New Year may take longer due to peak seasonal volumes for our production and shipping partners.
International shipping 🌎
We currently ship to the UK through this store.
However, if you're based outside of the UK, please get in touch with the items you wish to order and your delivery location, and we will provide a shipping quotation direct from our delivery partners (with no markup), to organise your order offline.
Returns
We do our absolute best to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products and service, however, due to our products being made to order, returns are only accepted if your order arrives damaged or faulty.
If your order doesn't reach you in the condition you feel it should, please do get in touch. We'd love for you to allow us to make things right. Simply drop us a line and attach images of the faults within your email, and we'll look after you.
